It is the passion and the taste for adventure that gave birth to Domaine La Coume-Lumet in 2013.
Near Limoux, nestled in a valley, 350 meters above sea level, the estate has 17 hectares of vines whose soils consist of rolled pebbles and clay-limestone in a Natura 2000 protected area, in the middle of woods and of the scrubland.
The vines are cradled by the mixture of Mediterranean and oceanic climates offering the sunshine and freshness they need.
We pay attention first to the quality of the grapes and their maturity in order to pick them at the best time and practice very minimalist vinification.
