1988: Eric Mauri settles down as a winegrower by selecting a very qualitative terroir; he already had the idea of vinifying his production.
His Domaine located in Occitanie, is now composed of 9ha Syrah, Grenache, Viognier, Carignan. Planting and purchasing of new plots soon.
2007: Eric becomes a winegrower and decides to vinify his grapes to bring a soul to each Cuvée. Lover of his region, he is passionate about highlighting each terroir that makes up his Estate.
Clay-limestone, Limestone and Schist, with its personal touch during the vinification, these soils give wines of very high quality. Throughout the year, Eric strives to give each plot his full attention to offer atypical wines.
From the first year of vinification, he obtained very fine awards, Gold and Bronze Medal in Paris, a Cuvée selected by the best Sommelier in France and the best Sommelier in the World.
Other projects are underway to create very high-end cuvées in red wines.
