It is the passion and the taste for adventure that gave birth to Domaine La Coume-Lumet in 2013.

Near Limoux, nestled in a valley, 350 meters above sea level, the estate has 17 hectares of vines whose soils consist of rolled pebbles and clay-limestone in a Natura 2000 protected area, in the middle of woods and of the scrubland.

The vines are cradled by the mixture of Mediterranean and oceanic climates offering the sunshine and freshness they need.

We pay attention first to the quality of the grapes and their maturity in order to pick them at the best time and practice very minimalist vinification.

Domaine de Mont D’Hortes is located in Languedoc, a region shaped in history and sun.

The vineyards are thirty hectares adjacent to the estate. It is in this context that we develop PGI “Côtes de Thongue” and “Pays d’Oc” wines.

Our objective is to achieve consistency in the quality of the wines, which we realized. Winegrowers for seven generations, we took over the Domaine in 1986.

Our estate is characterized above all by a family passion, making the best use of the experience of those who came before us. We won the Prix d’Excellence du Concours Général Agricole 2021, which rewards the regularity of the awards received in this competition.

We settled in Tautavel for the quality and the diversity of the terroirs in Tautavel, Vingrau and Maury and the wild atmosphere of unspoiled nature.

We have decided to limit any cultural intervention to what is strictly necessary. Beyond labels, we work with peasant common sense.

Our goal is therefore to produce very good, well, and with the lowest possible environmental impact, even if it requires more work.

We have been certified High Environmental Value since 2018. In the cellar, we do not need intervention because we bring in healthy grapes of excellent quality at optimal maturity.

We proceed to long aging of our red wines.

Fontarèche is one of the great historic wine estates of Languedoc, located near Lézignan-Corbières.

The inventories of the Archbishop of Narbonne mention vines at Fontarèche dating back to 1350. In 1682, Château Fontarèche and its wine estate passed to the Mignard family, whose descendants, the De Lamy family, still own the estate. 160 hectares of classified vines (Corbières and half Vin de Pays), have flourished here seemingly forever.

Fontarèche is home for 17 grape varieties, the mainstay of the reds being Carignan. Picpoul Noir, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino also fill the rows. Agronomy and oenology are our vocation, for the benefit of consumers, but also for passing a sustainable, living heritage on to future generations.

Vincent Dubernet, Director of oenology, comes from winemaking family, of wich he is the fifth generation. He joined Fontarèche in 2008.

Domaine LIGNÈRES LATHENAY is located in Siran in the Minervois appellation, near Carcassonne, in the heart of Languedoc, south of France.

We perpetuate the work realized by 6 generations before us. This family estate of 18 hectares grows the best plots of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault to produce Minervois and Cru La Livinière wines at the foot of the Montagne Noire, south facing. Our vineyard is lined of scrubland, junipers, rock roses and fragrant pine forests.

In order to offer premium wines, the domaine is in conversion to organic farming. The vineyard is of human size, and our passion for the land is reflected in the wines. We will be happy to introduce you to our Minervois wines.

This is the last vineyard in the south of France, just before crossing the Spanish border at the entrance to the Agly valley.

Since 1993, Véronique and Pierre have been running the vineyard with one goal in mind: the recognition of the terroirs of Roussillon.

In early 2021, Véronique’s daughter Géraldine joined the team. Over the years the range of wines has grown, but not the passion!

The credo of the estate: quality, authenticity and respect for the vine and the fruit!

The little extra? We have the Organic Agriculture label!

I’ve been pursuing this activity that I love for 20 years now, working in a region where the climate is favourable for wine growing.

I’ve been guided and helped by Jacques, my father, a highly-committed man who was convinced that great wines could be made in Languedoc.

I took over the domaine in the early 2000s, adapting lutte raisonnée methods so that the vines and the terroir could really express themselves.

And every year, from this same land, a new vintage is born: they follow on one from another, but each is different.

Different grapes planted on specific soils (schist, sandstone, clay-limestone, silty sand…) allow the grower to create wines in his own image, like a chef working in his kitchen with a vast array of ingredients.

It’s difficult to briefly summarise all the work involved in making great wines. Far better to simply open a good bottle with some friends and let the wine speak for itself. As we like to say, the proof is in the glass.
