Domaine LIGNÈRES LATHENAY is located in Siran in the Minervois appellation, near Carcassonne, in the heart of Languedoc, south of France.
We perpetuate the work realized by 6 generations before us. This family estate of 18 hectares grows the best plots of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault to produce Minervois and Cru La Livinière wines at the foot of the Montagne Noire, south facing. Our vineyard is lined of scrubland, junipers, rock roses and fragrant pine forests.
In order to offer premium wines, the domaine is in conversion to organic farming. The vineyard is of human size, and our passion for the land is reflected in the wines. We will be happy to introduce you to our Minervois wines.
