Xavier Frissant operates an 18 hectare vineyard undergoing organic conversion in Mosnes.
Each grape variety is in line with its terroir to have the best expression and complexity.
Our terroirs are spread over the following appellations:
- The Touraine Amboise AOC, with the Chenin grape for the whites and the Côt noir grape for the reds.
- The AOC TOURAINE is made from the Sauvignon grape.
We also cultivate an old grape, « Fié Gris », made from an old strain of Sauvignon.
In the cellar we adapt the vinifications according to the terroir and the grape varieties in order to have an optimal quality.
